  • A simple proposition but one that lends itself to possible abuse. .rhas overcome this by providing a detailed inventory of the assets to be purchased together with each of our other two proposals. In this way, you can be sure that the price you are receiving is fair and our potential margin is totally transparent
rhas will offer a guaranteed sale
  • rhas will arrange a guaranteed minimum return on the sale of the assets together with the opportunity to produce a significant bonus for you when the guarantee and a margin for the guarantor have been exceeded.
rhas will act as a broker on a fee or commission basis
  • A fee based or commission sale often returns the highest net dollar benefit to the client by minimising costs and removing the investor or guarantor margin from the equation.
How We'll Do It

CASE STUDIES

At a recent sale, not only did the vendor save over $100,000 in freight costs to remove the surplus furniture and other assets when purchasers assumed this responsibility, the vendor also saved more than $550,000 in strip-out costs when large parts of the fit-out were sold to purchasers who then had the obligation to remove them.

At another sale we sold the infrastructure assets of a manufacturer resulting in the sale of a number of large (up to 250,000 ltr) tanks. Whilst the prices realised were relatively modest, the client saved several hundreds of thousands of dollars in having these tanks removed from the site by the purchaser.
