In New Zealand rhas is unique because it boasts 6 or almost 10% of only about 70 professional plant and machinery (or personal property) valuers in New Zealand… and all of them enjoy the challenge of appearing as an expert witness.

Our valuers have a vast range of expertise as you will see from our Capability Statement. Litigation support has also found us expert in unique assets with valuations including such diverse assets as a Russian submarine, in situ Aboriginal rock drawings, the world’s largest and only one of its type mobile wharf crane, a handmade Venetian glass Chandelier and abandoned mining equipment in the Central African Republic.

I understand that you may never need such a valuer but our experience is that if you do need one, you may have great difficulty finding one. The general comment when a lawyer finds us is words to the effect thank goodness, I have searched everywhere to find some who can value…..!
