New Zealand Liquor Sales
rhas New Zealand is licensed to sell liquor in the New Zealand and has conducted a number of sales including wines, spirits and beers. These sales have been conducted on behalf of trustees, insolvency practitioners and private clients.
The rhas New Zealand licence allows us to temporarily nominate any premises as licensed premises thus allowing us to conduct sales of wines, spirits and beers anywhere in New Zealand provided appropriate notice is given to the Licensing Court.
rhas New Zealand has sold a number of wine collections, the most interesting of which was the sale on behalf of the trustee of a bankrupt barrister who had put together a large collection of “fine” wines over many years most of which were 'commercial wines' designed for immediate drinking. By the time of the sale, many of these wines were more than 10 years past their “drink by” time and had turned to vinegar or worse but nonetheless buyers were tempted to part with their hard earned dollars for the privilege of impressing their uneducated friends with some very old labels - the moral of the story is that value is in the eye of the beholder!
